The Sports’ Social Responsibility Map brings together all the social responsibility programmes and policies of SportAccord members. The aim of the map is to showcase initiatives, share knowledge, inspire and learn about sport’s contribution to child and youth development, the environment, gender, health, persons with disabilities, peace and the achievement of the United Nations Millennium Development Goals.
As of June 2012, the SSR Map has a new “THEME”: Spirit of Sport Awards. Adding to the existing themes, it will allow for the deserved highlight of the Awards’ winning projects and individuals.
Easy to consult, this new feature permits a faster tracking of the projects that were elected as the most worthy in all Awards editions.
As part of its continuous effort to help its Members communicate their best practices, SportAccord now offers the possibility to share a direct link to specific projects. Members will now be able to better communicate and share their projects with stakeholders.
